Filming Streets!

Yes! We are in Mexico and we are here to film the pilot for the Streets documentary. We have been planning to start filming the Streets project in all these interesting countries for a while now. Of course that requires a large investment so first we are filming a pilot that can show potential investors what we are planning to do. This is why my friend and cameraman Klaas Kleiterp came over to Mexico. It’s good he’s here!

With Klaas’ cool equipment, camera’s you can attach to hoods of cars and bellies of choppers, and his Canon 5D, we start filming. We travel to the pyramids near Mexico City, he joins me when I’m taking my Mexico Street photo, we join local streets parties with mariachi’s, drive over the astonishing 2nd level of the periferico and drink many, many tequila’s… And it’s all filmed! What I’ve seen so far we’ve made a really cool pilot in a city that is laced with the beat of life. I can’t wait to see it!
