WHY?

Special meadows for balloon addicts. Looking for air after so many years of negative history, how symbolic could this be? I asked where they would fly to if they had the choice, but discovered that Lithuanians love their own country more than anywhere else.

WHAT?

I really wanted to fly away on one of them, over the forests, crossing borders. I could almost touch the Lithuanians’ embrace of their own idea of freedom, a logical consequence of their former subjugation by the Soviet Union.
