WHY?

Turkey and Greece still occupy their own parts of this island, but one can easily cross the de facto border. Tensions are more or less gone; the division seems more symbolic than palpable in daily life. Perhaps people can get used to anything?

WHAT?

I hope this generation will enjoy a reunited nation soon. Talks are underway. I found the two cultures highly similar, whether I looked at food and recipes or dress and appearance.
