WHY?

The centre of this town has been destroyed by one earthquake after another. It happens to be situated on a rupture line, where quakes are inevitable. So, they stopped reconstructing the old centre, and rebuilt on other locations, forming the bases for Managua’s dispersed structure. 

WHAT?

All sorts of people visit a hospital. Near the gate patients and visitors may buy and eat food. Here hospitals don’t provide meals, just medical care. A girl assists her grandfather in finding a table.
