WHY?
The children are more interested in the horse carriage than in the religious procession on the right. Notice how clean the streets are: the manure is collected in special bags hanging under the horses’ tails.
WHAT?
Austria Hungary, formerly known as KuK (‘Kaiserreich und Konigreich’: Empire and Kingdom), still breathes grandeur, especially in the streets of Vienna. Famous for its scrumptious chocolate cake Sachertorte (made around the corner, by the way, and I loved it!) and the Lipizzaner horses at the Spanish Riding School.
