WHY?
At 6.00 a.m. the air is still cool, but you can already smell the fish. The country depends on its huge oil reserves and fishing. It’s an odd combination, come to think of it. It explains a lot about local relations. It may not appear so, but Luanda is one of the most expensive cities in the world.
WHAT?
Very small fish make this fisherman’s day, while the megaships in the background go for the big catch. It reflects the division within the country. Tradition exists side by side with modernity, a mobile phone as the only possession... I like the little cloud!
